By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using frends ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
frends lets you share photos, videos, text, polls and challenges within private groups. You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post or share content that is objectionable, including (but not limited to) content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes others' rights, and you agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.
You can report objectionable content and block abusive users from within the app (available on every post). We review reports and will remove objectionable content and terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms, typically within 24 hours of becoming aware of a violation. We may remove content or suspend or delete accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
You must be at least 17 years old to use frends. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen; deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or abuse its systems, or use it to harm others. Violations may result in immediate removal.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content posted by users.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
